BEFORE YOUR SERVICE

After booking your appointment online, please feel free to send me any info that would be relevant to your desired service. Pictures of your dream hair and your current hair are ALWAYS welcomed! In an effort to provide you with the best experience possible, please allow extra time for your first visit so we can get to know each other and make sure all of your concerns/desires are discussed.

DURING YOUR SERVICE

When you arrive, we will discuss your hair history, hair goals, and any issues you wish to remedy during a detailed consultation. Indulge in complimentary refreshments, a hot towel and scalp massage with every service. Sit back and enjoy!

AFTER YOUR SERVICE

As we wrap up, I will offer tips and tricks to perfect your personalized style. I will go over each product used during your service - most of which are available for purchase. I always recommend pre-booking your next appointment before leaving the salon.

Suggested Maintenance Schedule: 

Touchup   4-6 weeks 

Toner   4-8 weeks 

Highlights   6-8 weeks

Balayage    10-16 weeks

Extensions   6-10 weeks 

Clipper Cut   4-6 weeks 

Haircut   8-12 weeks

POLICIES

Cancellations: Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling. 50% of the service fee will be charged for cancellations under 24 hours. 100% of the service will be charged for no-show's. If arriving more than 15 minutes late, I will not be able to accommodate the service(s) and 50% of the service fee will be charged.

Corrections: It is of utmost importance that you absolutely love and feel confident with your new style. Please communicate, within 72 hours of your appointment, any discrepancies with the service you received. Corrections are to be scheduled within 2 weeks of your original service. Fee will be discussed depending on issue and resolution agreed upon. No refunds will be given.
